Annual Memberships Available:
Individual Membership – $600 per year*
Family Membership – $1700 per year* (Up to four individuals)
Employers Membership – $50 per month per employee*
*12 month membership is required. There is a one-time processing fee of $50 that applies to each membership. THIS IS NOT AN INSURANCE PLAN.
