What Can I Expect from My Urgent Care Visit?
Urgent Care visits are “in-between” your primary care physician and an emergency room visits. Urgent care offers patients the flexibility of immediate treatment to their non-life threatening conditions when their primary doctor is unavailable. In addition, urgent cares have less wait times and are more affordable than an emergency room.
As an urgent care, we are open 7 days a week, including holidays, and offer treatment to patients 2 years of age and older. We have digital X-rays onsite and can provide medical care for injuries (including suturing and minor wound care), animal bites, upper respiratory infections, and many more.
To better serve our patients and their medical needs, we can work in conjunction with your primary care physician to provide services after hours and on weekends. We can also send your health record to your primary care physician within 24 hours of your visit. If you are interested in this service, please notify our friendly staff and provide your primary care physician’s information.
Disclaimer: If you are experiencing life-threatening symptoms including but not limited to chest pains, severe weakness or numbness in any part of the body, uncontrolled bleeding, or sudden and severe changes in vision or blindness, please call 911 immediately.
