Medical clearances or pre-operative exams are physical exams performed before a surgery. At Urgent Medical Center we perform all the required tests and provide your surgeon with the necessary documentation. The clearance can be done within 48 hours but it is best to allow 7-10 business days in case you need a specialty clearance (for example: cardiac clearance).
What you need:
- Your surgeon’s referral (click here for our referral form)
- Photo ID
- Insurance card (if you don’t have insurance please request our special self pay pricing)
- To be fasting (no food or drink for eight hours)

- EKGs
- Chest X-ray
- Physical exam
